Yes. All of our CNA’s, RN’s, and LPN’s have all had their license verified and have all obtained CPR/First Aid trainging and TB Testing as required by law. We run an independent and detailed background check to make sure that all medical staff has an honorable background and ion accordance with industry standards.
No. Silver Companions is here to meet your needs, and as your needs change, so will the services you receive. Our service agreement reflects this and flexes to meet changing needs. No. You (or an authorized representative) are only invoiced after the completion of services. Usually, this happens weekly. You never have to pay caregivers directly. And you'll never be asked to pay an additional fee to any employee.
Yes. Our care is always determined by what a care recipient may need. We will not oversell your families on services. We will work with your facility, the care recipient’s family and our RN to create a plan of care specific to the resident’s needs. We can bill families or residents directly.
